Crossing to tracks of JR train and an ordinary road at Northern part of
Oi wharf of Tokyo MEX Wangan line. It is a typical Tokyo scene that there
are crossing train tracks and ordinary road over the highway.
You can see the Rainbow Bridge (LAGO scenery) in the distance.
