This is a version for TwilightExpress Tokyo 2000 scenery.

Long time passed, I only make Yamanoteline. Tokyo MEX is not ready yet.
I equip an animated train by a dynamic scenery as standard.
In MS/TW98/TW2K versions, this TW2K version is the highest quality. But there are problems below. Because I may remove fluorescent lights etc., I name this version v0.25"X".
A future plan (?) (problem ?)

On this time, I make fluorescent lights and a roof of the platform of Tohoku Shinkansen line, these are very heavy, and frame rate killer. The frame rate is about 0.5 (physical feeling)(It seems that FS only displays frame rate as 1.0 by the lowest value. Microsoft may not thought such a heavy scenery.) in the condition of Pentium III 500M. In Athlon 1.4G, the frame rate is under 2.5. From the past, my Yamanote-line scenery has been heavy, but it is the time for doing something to become light. But I look this after making, the quality will decline if I will remove them, it is troubled. The technique for deceiving by using textures is possible, but the quality is very nice if I make them by 3D........ (Please enjoy the shadow of fluorescent light tubes in the day.)

Further, it is no good that the time for making scenery is increased dramatically. The fluorescent lights and a roof like this take much time. It is easy to make each object itself, but long time is needed for positioning many objects. In a worse thing, there are 3 versions MS/TW98/TW2K already in the center of Tokyo, they has no compatibility, and position of objects is different. I cannot treat all 3 kinds more than this. (If my scenery will earn real enough money for me, it's not impossible to treat. But of course it is impossible.... )

Further, Compatibility of FS2000 for the FS98 era scenery was a big problem. FS2002 will be released to an instant. I think that the possibility for using FS2000 scenery at FS2002 smoothly is low. I don't want this situation. It is like BetaMax at the last stage (almost 1 format for 1 model eg. Hi-Band etc....).

Further, at the point of view of PC game, the people who wants easy flight will feel enough for PlayStation 2 (or X-box ?), and the people who wants maniac real flight will feel there are many other software than MSFS2000. It is needed to think that the value which MSFS only had (past tense already ?). I think it is essential that there are great difference between "easy to make (but being managed)" by 3D tool, and "make to freedom (need not being easy)". (Passionate atmosphere like the time when FSstruct was released is none already maybe....) There are many examples that good lively organization at the beginning goes to be rotted as it becomes large. Is the future of FS which way ????

Yamanote-line Scenery ver 0.25XMMFS2000 ready

It takes much time, at last TW2K version is released. This is a scenery for a part of tracks of JR lines e.g. Yamanote-line and others, and train of Yamanote-line with 11 cars. I express track width difference between standard lines and the Shinkansen line, poles, and overhead wires. The train cars are made from dynamic scenery and able to move smoothly even in the curve area. Further, doors open after stopping the station. In this version, I make CW direction of Yamanote-line from Tokyo to Yurakucho. After doors closed at Tokyo station, the train starts from Tokyo to Yurakucho, and doors are opened at the destination Yurakucho station.

The quality of the scenery is the same or better than MS/TW98 versions. There are stairs, escalators (animated), and fluorescent lights. But this fluorescent lights are frame rate killer. I may remove it in the future. Specially, a roof and fluorescent lights at the platform of Tohoku Shinkansen line are very heavy. I have to think future plan. In detail, please look a future plan (?) above.
